Mallard hen, Michael Vallero, Spring Valley, Illinois, 2nd quarter 20th century.

Hollow carved with glass eyes and detailed bill carving.  

CONDITION:  Dry, early in use repaint with very minor wear; appears to have an old neck crack repair.

Provenance:  Consigned by a member of the Voorhees family.
