Description

2 spearing decoys, Anchor Bay, Michigan, 2nd quarter 20th century.

Red and white fish by Butch Schramm measuring 5"  long.  Pike by Hank Walters measuring 5 1/4" long.  Both signed on the undersides.

CONDITION:  Schramm with moderate flaking and wear, mostly on fins; one fin replaced, red appears to be an early second coat;  Walters in original paint with minor wear; touch up to one side of head.

Provenance:  Purchased by the consignor circa 1950.
