Description
Bluebill, Charles Allen, Bordentown, New Jersey, circa 1950's.
Hollow carved with flat lead weight stamped "R.S. Soden Bordentown, NJ 55". Card on underside indicates that this decoy was carved in 1955 for Soden who sold his rig to John Hillman in 1974. Harrison Huster purchased it from Hillman in 1984.
CONDITION: Early second coat with minor discoloration and wear; very good structurally.
