Large Canada goose, John Brooks, Prince Edward Island, Canada, 1st to 2nd quarter 20th century.
Swimming pose with tack eyes. Two holes in underside for use as a stick up decoy. Measures 30" long.
CONDITION: Old in use repaint with moderate to significant wear; splits and cracks in body; wood patches in breast and underside of tail; nails added to neck seat.
