Description
Early swimming Canada goose, Clarence Miller, Ontario, circa 1960's.
Solid body with relief carved wings and raised wing tips. Head in forward, up-looking position. Exact decoy pictured on page 123 of 'David W. Nichol - and the Decoys of the Rideau Canal Waterway'. Book included with goose. Measures 26 1/2" long.
CONDITION: Original paint with very minor wear; a few small dents; slight separation and flaking at dowel on back of neck.
