Description
Pair of eiders from Nova Scotia, 2nd quarter 20th century.
Very round, pancake style bodies with paddle tails and inlet heads. Hen's head is slightly turned. Drake's is turned 90 degrees. Measure 14" and 14 1/2" long.
CONDITION: Early in use repaint with minor wear; drying cracks in bodies; minor chipping on drake's tail; minor roughness at each neck seat, crack through drake's neck.
