Description
Early canvasback from Maryland, last quarter 19th century.
Body by John Holly with original iron keel. 'ALC' stamped twice into underside. Reheaded long ago by Leonard Pryor, Elkton, Maryland. Measures 14" long.
CONDITION: Old in use repaint was scraped down to earlier coats and bare wood; tight crack in back; tight crack where nails were added at base of neck.
