Mallard hen, Otto Garren, Canton, Illinois, 2nd quarter 20th century.

Hollow carved with reared back head and glass eyes.  Measures 14" long.

CONDITION:  Original paint with minor discoloration from varnish and minor wear; small dents and separation at wood grain near on speculum; some type of sealant or thick varnish around body seam.
