Pair of low head bluebills, Howard Bacon Jr, Delanco, New Jersey.
Balsa bodies with tucked heads and incised feather carving. From a small collection of Bacon decoys collected in the 60's. Measure 12 1/2” and 13" long.
CONDITION: Minor wear on drake's head and a few small flakes from filler at drake's neck seat, otherwise very good and original.
