Description

Redhead drake, Frank ‘Doc’ Baumgartner, Houghton Lake, Michigan, 2nd quarter 20th century.

Flat bottom, high-head style with relief bill carving and paint pattern influenced by the Mason Decoy Factory.  Measures 13 3/4” long.

CONDITION:  Original paint with minor discoloration and wear; moderate tight crazing; hairline crack in back; keel has been removed.
