Description

Early bufflehead hen with deep, lead keel weight.

Primitively carved but with pleasing form.  Feather rasping and tack eyes.  Possibly a small scoter without the typical scoter bill carving.  Measuring 15 1/2” long.

CONDITION:  Original paint with minor wear; lightly hit by shot.
