Description

Pair of widgeon, Daniel Blackiston, Chestertown, Maryland.

Relief carved wings and slightly turned heads with detailed bill carving.  Both identified, signed, and dated 1988 on the undersides.  Hen identified as 1st hen widgeon made.  Measure 12 3/4” and 13 1/2” long.

CONDITION:  Minor paint rubs on tips of tails, otherwise excellent and original.
