Description

Fat bufflehead drake in the style of Ira Hudson, Chincoteague, Virginia.

Fat body with fluted tail, tack eyes, and partially inlet neck seat.  Likely by Mark Daisey or another Chincoteague carver.  Measures 12 1/4" long.

CONDITION:  Original paint made to appear older; tight drying cracks in body; nails added to separation in wood on the underside.
