Oversize mallard drake, Frank Schmidt, Detroit, Michigan.
Slightly turned head and slight wing tip carving. Was made into a lamp and doesn't appear to have ever been rigged or weighted. Measures 18 1/2" long.
CONDITION: Unused original paint with almost no wear; hole drilled through back and a channel for cord cut into bottom for use as a lamp; two nails added in the making to one side of bottom to secure a drying crack in one lower side.
