Description
Hollow carved black duck, John English, Florence, New Jersey, last quarter 19th century.
Hollow carved with raised 'V' wing tip and incised feather carving and tack eyes. Branded 'E.T. Hall' and 'J.B. Perkins' on the underside. Measures 15 1/2" long.
CONDITION: Early in use repaint with minor wear; hairline crack in bill; small chip in tail; hairline drying cracks in one side.
