Description
Large, hollow carved goose with bottom board, circa 1900.
Hollow carved with 3/4” bottom board. Pinch breast carving with ice groove behind neck seat. Measure 23 1/2” long.
CONDITION: Old in use repaint with moderate flaking and wear; drying cracks in body and neck with some nails added to securing crack in neck; plug under tail has pushed in; head is likely an early working replacement.
