Description
Blair school mallard drake, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, circa 1900.
Slight swimming pose with tack eyes. Two piece vertical body construction with a third rounded piece added to the underside at a later date. Measures 15 3/4” long.
CONDITION: Original paint with minor wear; filled crack in body; black on underside of body was added when rounded piece of wood was added and a drip of black paint ran up one side of head.
