Canvasback hen, James Ford Bell, Delta Marsh, Manitoba.
With shaped underside and keel. Raised neck seat and tack eyes. Bell was considered the founder of General Mills and was an avid sportsman and philanthropist. Measures 13” long.
CONDITION: Old is use paint with significant flaking and wear; crack through neck with a small chip reattached; old chip in underside of bill; loss to filler over nail on top of head.
