Description

Canvasback drake, Hank Catton, Ridgetown, Ontario, 1st quarter 20th century.

Known as ‘Chatham Smilers’ these canvasbacks are believed to have been carved by Hank Catton.  Solid body with keel removed.  Measures 14 3/4” long.

CONDITION:  In use repaint with moderate wear; small dents and shot marks; neck crack repair.
