Two decoys from Ontario, 2nd quarter 20th century.
A bluebill hen, Ken Anger, Dunnville, Ontario. With relief wing and incised feather carving. Typical feather rasping. Measures 14" long.
Also a black duck very similar to Ken Anger with incised wing carving and feather rasping. 'Green' stamped into the underside. Measures 17 3/4" long.
CONDITION: Original paint with minor discoloration and gunning wear; small dents and shot marks on Anger; hairline crack in tail of black duck.
