Description
Blackduck, John Updike, Green Bank, New Jersey, 2nd quarter 20th century.
Hollow carved with inlet lead weight. "ESJ" carved on back behind neck. Tack eyes added.
CONDITION: Early thin coat of flocked paint over the original surface; slight separation of body seam on sides, otherwise excellent structurally.
