Rare, low head green wing teal, Howard Bacon Jr, Delanco, New Jersey, 2nd quarter 20th century.
Balsa body with relief carved wings, incised feather carving, and low head pose. From a small collection of Bacon decoys collected in the 60's. Measures 13" long.
CONDITION: Original paint with minro wear minor separation at balsa seems; reglued crack in bill.
