Description
Hollow carved swimming mallard, Cleve Dabler, Cape May, New Jersey.
Hollow carved and in swimming pose with painted tack eyes. ‘HWS’ embossed into lead weight on underside. Purchased by the consignor from John Hillman in 1982. Measures 18 1/4” long.
CONDITION: Early paint restoration with minor discoloration; old neck crack repair, otherwise good structurally.
